Gabriel Orge hails from the city of Cordoba [Argentina, not Spain]. I’m guilty of a little Buenos Aires = Argentina thinking so I was happy when I discovered his work. He seems to mostly do portraits on the street with some flash or reflected light. They have a light-heartedness that’s endearing and it’s also good to see portraits of just regular people from Argentina’s interior. Orge doesn’t seem to have a website but here’s what I was able to scrounge up on the web about him.
The images above are from the website of Cordoba’s Goethe Institute. There’s also a profile on Bola de Nieve, a flickr stream with pictures of signs and street graphics, as well as a random blog post with backstage shots and some more street portraits.
