Outside of Edinburgh, UK a man was arrested and later charged a �100 fine for taking a photograph of a drunk and sick woman.
Sebastian Przygodzki, was charged with “breach of peace” when the woman’s friends phoned the police. The woman, Rebecca Smith, complained she was in a vulnerable state and deserved privacy.
Kenneth Hogg, the sheriff responding to the call, told the BBC that the photographer had been “unchivalrous” and that “[Smith] was entitled to her privacy.”
